I've had the pleasure of having personal yoga sessions with Erika on a weekly basis and can only say that it has been a life changing experience for me! Her knowledge of yoga, reiki and meditation is amazing and I look forward to our sessions every week. Which is saying a lot since I've never enjoyed yoga before experiencing yoga Erika's way! By the way, her healing touch is out of this world! She is the best!
