REIKI HEALING + INTUITIVE GUIDANCE
(Choose In-person or Virtual sessions)

Reiki acts as a loving bridge to your body's innate wisdom, clearing stagnant emotional debris, rebalancing your nervous system, and supporting your natural capacity to heal, on all levels. Whether you are dealing with stress, seeking emotional healing, or looking for a complete energetic reset, these personalized Reiki sessions with Erika offer a safe space to experience deep peace, relaxation, and a true sense of belonging.

You are invited to come exactly as you are, knowing you will be met with thoughtful care on your journey home to wholeness. I am honored to offer these sessions both in-person and virtually. Because Reiki transcends the limitations of physical distance, virtual sessions are just as—if not more—profoundly powerful, allowing you to receive true healing from the comfort of your own sacred space.

Every session is deeply intuitive and guided by a direct dialogue with Reiki itself. As a practitioner, I actively communicate with the universal life force throughout our time together, listening closely with my whole being and channeling the wisdom that flows through. Because this practice follows the unique energy you bring each day, what unfolds is completely tailored to exactly what you need in the moment.

To enhance your Reiki experience, sessions may also include pure essential oils, a beautiful sound bath, and intentional crystal healing.

To fully honor both the restorative energy work and the wisdom that unfolds, I offer two comprehensive session lengths:

75-Minute Signature Session/New Client Session: Includes approximately 55-60 minutes of hands-on or distance Reiki healing followed by dedicated time to share, reflect on, and integrate the intuitive guidance received.
90-Minute Deep Dive Session: Includes approximately 70-75 minutes of immersive Reiki healing (hands-on or distance) followed by dedicated time to explore and anchor the deeper insights and messages received, into rituals or practices for a more grounded, radiant daily life.
(I recommend at least (2) Signature Sessions before scheduling your first Deep Dive Session).

Your healing journey begins long before your scheduled day and time. The moment you book your session, our personal energies lovingly connect with Reiki to begin setting the space, so the healing is already in motion before we even meet. On the day of your session, I arrive early to invoke the presence of Reiki, preparing the room and grounding the energy for your arrival, whether we are meeting across a treatment table or across miles.

Special Notes:

New clients receive an intake form link, a preparation guide to help arrive relaxed and at ease, and an after-care guide to help support integration of the session.
Virtual sessions can be hosted over Zoom or WhatsApp. The intuitive guidance may be in the form of a written report, if preferred.

Request Healing

If you, a friend, a loved one, or a beloved pet are navigating a difficult time, you do not have to carry it alone. You are invited to place the person or situation into my Reiki Crystal Grid to receive a continuous, loving flow of distance healing energy.

To request healing for another is itself a sacred act of care, and love, once given, always returns. In holding space for someone else's healing, your own heart is nourished too.

Healing for the World

Sometimes the need we feel called to hold is not just personal, it is global. When we witness suffering in the world, whether from conflict, natural disaster, or collective grief, it is easy to feel helpless. But we always have a choice beyond helplessness: we can call upon Universal Love to intervene for the highest good of all.

If there is a country, a community, or a situation in the world weighing on your heart, you are welcome to place it into the grid as well. Simply share the name of the place or situation, and it will be held with the same reverence, prayer, and continuous Reiki energy as any personal request, offered in service of healing, peace, and restoration for all beings touched by it.

Energy Follows Intention

Once your request is received, it is my absolute honor to print the photo, write down the intentions, and place them directly into the sacred geometry of the crystal grid. Every 2 to 3 days, I perform a dedicated Reiki ceremony to activate the grid, sending continuous peace, love, and restorative energy to all situations held within it. Every request receives deep, continuous distance healing for two full months, and can easily be renewed.

The Energy Exchange

True healing thrives on balance. To honor the time, materials, and energetic focus required to maintain the grid and perform these ceremonies, this offering is purely by donation. This is set up as a "Pay What You Want" exchange, allowing you to give an amount that feels aligned for you (e.g., $10, $20, $50, or whatever moves your heart).

How to Submit Your Request

To protect your privacy, I do not need deeply personal or confidential medical details. Simply email erika@erikachaker.com or text 858-525-1563 with the following information:

Full name of the person, pet, or place/situation in need of healing.
Date of birth (if known, for personal requests).
General location (City, State, Country).
Reason for the request (a brief or detailed note on what needs support).
A happy photo (if possible, preferably showing the person or pet in a vibrant, peaceful, or joyful state; for world/area requests, you can share a photo or I will print a map of the specified area).
A positive affirmation (optional—I am happy to co-create one for you).

Once your request is received, I will reach out to confirm and share my payment details to complete our sacred energy exchange.
