Masks and/or proof of vaccination are not required for sessions at The Sacred Moon Room. Please be mindful and only come to the studio if you are in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as detailed by the CDC. If you are feeling unwell and need to cancel your appointment, please get in touch with me as soon as you can to reschedule. 

I accept several forms of payment, including cash, check, Venmo (@Erika-Chaker), PayPal (Erika.kruse@gmail.com), and Zelle (858-525-1563). When possible, please pay in advance. Much gratitude!

Your appointment is very important to me and the time space is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. 

I realize that emergencies arise and are sometimes unavoidable. Examples of an Emergency: accidents (self and family), illness (self and family), hospitalizations (self and family), and natural disasters. Examples of Non-Emergency: traffic, double booking yourself with another appointment, having a difficult day or week.

As a small business owner and mother of two small children, I have limited availability to offer my services for the community. An advance notice of at least 24 hours gives me some time to attempt to fill the session with another client/student.

If you need to cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, I will request a $25 cancellation fee. We can also discuss alternative options on a case-by-case basis. I appreciate your cooperation tremendously!
