Description

Private instruction is a wonderful way to deepen your understanding of yoga, including your own personal experience of the powerful practice!Each private yoga session with Erika is custom tailored to your specific wants/needs and is always welcoming and safe. Learn proper alignment, increase strength, improve flexibility, and enjoy a special extended Savasana (final relaxation pose). Also look forward to gentle hands-on adjustments, healing touch, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, aromatherapy, sound therapy, and reiki (optional) in your sessions. Private sessions are for 1 or 2 people.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me and the time space is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund.  Please visit the Policies website page for specific details.
